Mr. Farooqui has extensive experience representing lenders and makes it a priority to foster clear lines of communication between the borrower and lender. A borrower’s positive experience results in additional business for the lender. As a representative of the lender, Mr. Farooqui seeks to insure the borrower’s satisfaction throughout the closing process. He takes his time with the borrower explaining the closing procedure and answering any questions he may have regarding the closing.
Mr. Farooqui also has extensive experience in representing buyers and sellers. Purchasing or selling a home can be one of the most stressful and financially challenging experiences. Mr. Farooqui’s primary goal is to alleviate his clients from this stress by creating a friendly environment between buyers, sellers and lenders making each transaction easier and more pleasurable. Mr. Farooqui maintains relationships with loan officers, coordinators, private and institutional lenders. His strong relationships allow him to assist buyers in obtaining the best loans, financing, and mortgage rates available. Furthermore, Mr. Farooqui is experienced in saving clients thousands of dollars in NYS mortgage recording tax by closing refinances and purchases by structuring the transactions with a process called a Consolidation Extension and Modification Agreement (CEMA).
